If you upload or create any content using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display that content. You represent and warrant you have the rights to do so. We may remove or refuse any user content for any reason.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (or $100 if you paid nothing).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trifox Creative, LLC and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, damage, loss or expense arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Butler County, OH.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms remain in full force. No waiver will be effective unless in writing and signed by us.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Trifox Creative, LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
